By far, my favorite John Mayer CD is Try! John Mayer Trio Live in Concert, thanks to bassist Pino Palladino‘s incredible playing. This is concert footage the way I like it… with the camera operator sticking with the bassist for the whole segment.

Be sure to hang around to the 2:40 mark of this video, where the band kicks into Jimi Hendrix’s “Power of Soul”. Pino really tears it up!
